Default Darling Is Not The One..

"Darling is not the one who makes you fall in love with his/her beauty, but the one who gives the chance for you to be yourself"

Could you check the sentence please?

Is 'Darling' the name of a person? The sentence sounds strange to me. It sounds a little less strange as "Darling is not the one who makes you fall in love with their beauty, but the one who gives you the chance to be yourself".
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.

"Your darling" is general. It uses the impersonal "you", meaning "One's darling".
Your sentence doesn't work in English without it, unless you write " 'Darling' is ...", or "The person you call 'Darling' is ...."
Even so, darlings can be lots of things.
