Hi Teachers,
I rewrote these short stories, could you correct them please? Any suggestions are more than welcome. They are for low intermediate students.
#1
Arthur often goes to London. He is going there today and he went there yesterday, too. Now he is talking to an old friend. His name is Alan.
Alan: Does this train usually arrive on time?
Arthur: Yes, it does, but it didn’t yesterday. It arrived late!
#2
Now Arthur is back from London. He went there this morning. Deborah is at the train station to meet him.
Deborah: Did you have a good time in London?
Arthur: Yes, I did, and I met an old friend on the train this morning.
Deborah: Did the train get into London on time?
Arthur: No, it didn’t. It was late again!
Thanks in advance

They are fine, grammatically.
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
