    Smile nail the creeps?

Hello, what does "I just cannot wait to nail those creeps." mean? It appears in "Growing pains“.

Nail - catch and bring to justice
    Creeps - non-nice people
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

That's a good answer, but to most non-police, "nail" can mean something more general: get, hit, attack, foil, surprise, stop....
