Re: "MUST" or "HAVE TO" WHICH ONE HELP ME .. "must" expresses an obligation, whereas "have to" expresses a consequence.
EX: I must do the dishes. (obligation to oneself or someone else)
EX: I have to do the dishes. (obligation to oneself or someone else with consequences is not done.)
