Could a kind teacher check these please?

Hi, I have al sorts of trouble with 'gerunds' so could a kind teacher please check these example sentances and tell me which ones use a gerund.
If they are corrected, I will sit and study them and try to work out why.
I hope there aren't too many.

I’m going to write a story
I will continue living in my house until June
Deirdre was washing up when I saw her yesterday
I’ve got a bad headache and I’m feeling sick
When James is playing music he’s happy
He advised applying for the job at once
Watching television can be a waste of time
Can you feel my heart beating?
I have enjoyed meeting you
My wife is out shopping right now
A friend of mine was accused of stealing food
I enjoy painting pictures of the countryside
Amy regrets spending so much money on clothes today
The grass needs cutting this week
I like swimming every morning

Bryan intends seeing you immediately - I wouldn't use a gerund here- I'd say 'to see'
I’m going to write a story- no

The grass needs cutting this week yes (BTW this structure is British English add not use in American)
I like swimming every morning yes

Thank you so much for the correction. I'll study your answers carefully and try to see how gerunds work. In the first sentance, 'Bryan intends seeing you immediately'. That is a 'gerund' right?
