cold/warm with/to
Hello,
Following the pattern:
She is very kind to me / He is really nice to everyone...
Can we say?:
She is really cold/warm/agreeable to me or she is very warm/cold/agreeable with me.
Thank you for your help.

Re: cold/warm with/to
In American usage,
'She is very cold toward me.'
'She is very warm with me.'
'She is not agreeable toward [that].'
But the final unannounced word in the last sentence must be a thing, not a person.
