Hello Hela,
Well, my husband and I both hear it quite often, and it is in the context of "different
lifestyles for different people". For instance, he prefers his peanut butter to be kept in the cabinet because he's accustomed to brands with preservatives in them. I, on the other hand, prefer "natural" p'nut butter w/o all the preservatives, and so am used to storing it in the refrigerator. A small difference, but a lifestyle difference nonetheless.
I can't wait to see who else contributes. . . this could be a very interesting thread!
