    Default stiflingly fat?

I have seen expressions like "stiflingly hot summer"

By the same logic, does "stiflingly fat person" make any sense
in describing someone who's so fat that one almost feels stifled just looking at the person?

You can find several definitions of stifling at OneLook Dictionary Search.
I doubt that you will find that stiflingly can collocate with fat.
