prerogative vs priority
Manchester United's prerogative would be to defend their title and deny their neighbours their first Premier League trophy, whereas City's title aspirations are fuelled by the unspoken decree to justify the billions spent on them.
Is prerogative' the correct word? I believe it should be 'priority'.
Thanks.
