Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?
1. Just want to know how much expenditure is covered for eye exams on my plan.
2. Here is my problem, I have scheduled an eye exam next week….
3. Can you give me your telephone number, just in case I need more information?

'I'd use 'test' rather than 'exam' in the first two.
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
