    Question I'm confused !!!

Hi there! I'm from Russia and I've got a couple of questions for you
    which statement is correct?
    1) You have no idea how maney is bad.
    2) You have no idea how bad money is.

And here is the most confusing part:
1)Do you know what's the time??? OR
2)Do you know what the time is???

It would be much better for me If you could explain the right answer, so I could completely understand the issue.

In each case #2 is correct.

In statements, the verb normally follows the the subject:
    The time is 7 o'clock.
    Fred lives in Prague,

In direct questions, subject-verb word order is reversed: What is the time?
If there is no auxiliary verb, DO is used in the direct question: Where does Fred live?

In indirect questions, we use statement word order, and do not use a question mark:
I have no idea what the time is.
I don't know where Fred lives.

If the indirect question is contained within a direct question, that question will require a question mark:
Do you know what the time is?
Can you tell me where Fred lives?

I have deleted a number of responses which could have been confusing.
