As a cultural (not grammatical) comment, we'd usually just say "I'm sorry I won't be albe to come, but I had already made other plans."
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
Thank you very much for the invitation, but unfortunately I have other plans/I already have plans for that evening.
