    Cool accredited & approved

    Hi,

    Is the following sentence correct?

She's an accredited nurse approved by the Ministry of Health.

I would prefer "qualified nurse" and I would wonder what she had been approved for by the Ministry of Health.

She's probably been approved to work in a Health Department institutition. A qualified nurse with a history of pedophilia or murdering patients might not get state approval to work in state institutions.
