Which punctuation statement is correct?
1)Vitamin C is good for you. It boosts the immune system.
2) Vitamin C is good for you; it boosts the immune system.
3) Vitamin C is good for you, and it boosts the immune system.
4) All of the above.
I think you have posted enough today to expect that the response you'll get: Tellus what you think first. Show us the error, if there is one, on each sentence.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
I think all are correct. What do you say?
I agree that all are grammatically correct, but #3 doesn't seem natural to me. I would say "Vitamin C is good for you because it ..."
