1. Oh my god!! If this is all true, I have made a fool of myself at other night.
You don't use the past perfect tense when the time is specified.

2.Oh my god!! If this is all true, I made a fool of myself at the other night.

If you reduce the number of exclamation marks, they are both correct in the proper context.
