You could write "I don't keep anything hidden in my heart". But outspokenness doesn't normally refer to matters of the heart. It means that you don't back away from an argument, or you like to make your views known, even if they are controversial.
If you want to say that you speak easily about your more tender feelings, "outspoken" isn't the best term.
