Please make the following in red clear for me.

Jobs kept the Woodside house, a sprawling 17,000-square-foot Spanish Colonial Revival with fourteen bedrooms and thirteen-and-a-half baths, with the hope of someday tearing it down and building a smaller, simpler home there.

The above seems to say "the house had 14 bedrooms and 13 and 1/2 baths. What is 1/2(a half) saying here?

'Baths' is short for bathrooms and a half bathroom will have only a toilet and washbasin in it.
