since... Hello,
She left London ten years ago, and I haven't seen her since.
She left London ten years ago since, and I haven't seen her..
She has been working there I saw him since.
I would like to ask whether we can use 'since' like that or not.

Re: since... In your sample sentences, "since" would mean "in that time.'
Substitute "in that time" and see if your sentences make sense.

(This is archaic/dialectal, but some native speakers sill use it. The 'since' just means 'ago' in this case, and isn't a conjunction at all.)
