    Default Difference

I was seeing a hollywood movie, Minority Report. My subtitle was on. I saw a sentence

All you have to do is kill me. (Does it look right?)
But according to me, it should be " All you have to do is to kill me".

Please explain me difference between these two sentences. Are both right.
