Default To be going & time points

Is it correct to use time points with 'to be going' like in 'I am going to call him at 5 o'clock' ?

    Thank you in advance.

Note that you are not really using 'to be going', but a form of the 'BE+going to' way of expressing the future.

Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
