Is the boldfaced part correct? Shouldn't it be 'your Committee members' and 'yours'?

I think it is correct. You tend to say it is not correct because you learned that it should be, for example, "my sister and I", am I right? I don't think that rule is applicable here.
It's fine that way, and reads odd the other way.
