sometimes i see incomplete sentences like

To be released new movie next week

To be continued serial

To be killed a lion

are these sentences right. Can I complete these after they have been left above?

Possible if it's a headline or on a cinema poster. It would need some punctuation though.

This is very unnatural

To be killed a lion
This makes no sense.

I have made comments under the three "incomplete sentences" you posted. I would be interested to know where you have seen these sentences, especially #2 and #3. Context is very important and it is difficult for us to comment on small fragments of text.

I have also made some corrections to your post. Please remember to start every sentence with a capital letter, always capitalise the word "I" (first person singular) and to check your punctuation.
