    It sounds as though you are saying that her normal voice is stronger than the voice she has during a competition. How about - "Her voice outmatched her competitor's voice during the competition"? Even better - "Her voice was stronger than her competitor's voice during the competition."

    You could omit the second "voice" if you choose.
