Hi,
Question:
Which sentence is correct?
Sentence1:
Do you have any entry-level positions in the field of marketing, mortgage sale or human resource?
Sentence2:
Do you have any entry-level positions in the field of marketing, mortgage sale and human resource?
Sentence3:
Do you have any entry-level positions in the fields of marketing, mortgage sale or human resource?
Sentence4:
Do you have any entry-level positions in the fields of marketing, mortgage sale and human resource?
Thanks

All of these sound basically ok to my ear, but Sentence3 is the best choice, especially for written communication.IndecentlyIncidentally, it should read: "Do you have any entry-level positions in the fields of marketing, mortgage sales or human resources?"
Also, you could drop "the fields" altogether: "Do you have any entry-level positions in marketing, mortgage sales or human resources?"

Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
