    Default how do you say?

I am not sure if the following is right when I wonder if the person I am talking on twitter logs in via mobile phone or his computer.

    - What are you getting on?

    Thanks in advance.

I'm afraid I don't understand your question. Can you rephrase it?

Well, my question is if the suggested sentence is right to ask a person I am talking to on twitter if this person logs in via his mobile phone or his computer. These days it is also possible to log in any websites via smart phone so this question, so this questions comes from my curiosity if this person logs in twitter via his mobile or via his computer.

You could ask "Are you on your phone or your computer?"

If you're talking about his habits:

How do you get on to Twitter?
Do you tweet on your mobile or on your computer?
What device do you normally use Twitter on?

If you're actually communicating with someone on Twitter and you just want to know what device they are using right now:

Are you on your mobile or your computer?
