sounded like Can you check for errors? Can I say "sounded like" in these sentences. Thank you.
I listened to a telephone message left by someone and I was not able to figure out the last name of that person and the company he said he was from. His last name sounded like "Zhang" and his company sounded like "Airway Transport".
