I've came up with another doubt, could I use the 'to' between 2 action verbs in imperative sentences?
e.g. Come to eat !
Go to beat him!
Go to sing!
I know that usually it's 'come eat' and 'go beat him', but is it acceptable using the preposition to ?

In BrE I could just about imagine "come to eat" but "come and eat" is much more likely. The other two seem completely unnatural to my ear. I wouldn't use "come eat", "go beat him", "Go sing". I n each case I would use "and", if I were to say them; which is extremely unlikely.
