    Which usages for these structure are correct?

    this is the first time somebody do("does" if needed)/do(infinitive)/did/have done something
    it is the first time somebody do("does" if needed)/do(infinitive)/did/have done something

    I'm going to take a stab even though I'm really not sure what your question is. If you are talking about something being done at the same time as it is being spoken about:

    This is the first time I have done this.
    This is the first time he has played tennis.
    This is the first time we have been to Greece on holiday.
