Could you tell if the sentence below sounds OK in English?
"Do I look like the type to carry a grudge?"
The sentence is fine but doesn't make much sense. What does a person who carries a grudge look like? The sentence could be rewritten this way, "Do I seem to be the type of person who would carry a grudge?" The word "seem" carries the meaning of what your personality is like and gets away from the indication of physical appearance in the word, "look."
