    Default implied 's ?

    Hi.
"Computers that don't have hardware for floating-point computations have a set of subroutines to help the user program scientific problems with floating-point numbers."
    (Computer systems architechturemano 1993, p84)

    Shouldn't it be:
"...the user program's scientific problems with floating-point numbers."?

Else, What kind of a structure is it?

I think it means "to help the user (the person using the computer) to program (infinitive) scientific problems (two-word noun).
