Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?
1. If anybody opposes Friday night, please let me know. Natural? Not really, but would depend on context. Better to say, for example, "If any one has an objection to Friday night for the party, please.....".
2. Just by a show of hands, how many people are interested in a karaoke event? OK
got(have to OR have got to) be cognizant of the fact that we have donemade a mistake, but we should also not keep rooting (don't know about BrE but not an expression in AmE; could use/say "rehashing") aboutit forever.
