    Default "and' or "or"?

There are many methods of losing weight, such as taking pills, going on a diet, (A. and B. or) working out in the gym.

In the above sentence, should I choose A or B? Thank you so much.

You may have a slice of bread and a bottle of beer (You get both)
You may have a slice of bread or a bottle of beer (You only get one)

Now, how many ways of losing weight are there using "and" and using "or"?
