I don;t know what you mean since the sentence seems to missing a verb. if you meant to write "accelerates" then the meaning is that any plan you have will accelerate the growth of tourism. you just need to have one. helpful? |

| Hi, thanks you for explaining to me , i have picked them from a book but i didnt quite understand the meaning between 2 of them ,so now i see what you mean of them , but you said that there are other replies ,so could you tell me others about them . thanks you again ! the 2 sentense was : a plan can accelerate the growth of tourism. |

| sentence 2 now means: any plan that you have will be able to accelerate etc.... the difference is in the certainty of the plan |
