You would better come down here

You had better come down here


Also, if some one just say "you better ..." does is means "you had better?"

You would better come down here. Not correct

You had better come down here. It would be better if you came down here - advice or threat.


Also, if some one just says "you better ..." does ist means "you had better?" Yes. This is said by some speakers in informal conversation but it is not acceptable in written English.
