when some one do a favor for us and we want to back it what should we say?
is it true? i hope i could do the same for you
thanks
I prefer "I hope I can return the favor [one day]".
Please note:
- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- Always capitalise the word "I" (first person singular).
- Put the words/phrases you are querying in quotation marks to make it clear what you are asking about.
- We don't ask "Is it true?" in this context. We say "Is it right?" or "Is this right?" "Right" means "correct".
- For your information, I continued to use your American spelling of "favor" but in British English, it's "favour".
Thanks for your consideration :)
