Rewrite "Oh, my god" into reported speech.

Can I say "He exclaimed for god's help." ???

You can say "He said 'Oh, my God'." He didn't say anything about "help".

It's not possible to report the words as such. You'll have to say something like: He let out an cry of fear/alarm/despair/etc.
