    Default the people we teach

    Which is correct:

    1-The people we teach how to swim are young.
    2-The people we teach how to swim to are young.
    3-The people to whom we teach how to swim are young.

    1-The people we teach how to swim are young.

    We don't teach to people, so the other two are incorrect.

    Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.

    You don't need "how" at all. "The people we teach to swim are young."
