    Question Right words!

    When I speak about diary products. What word is correct : Acidic/acid milk, kefir or sour. Thank you!

    It depends what you are talking about. I have not heard of 'acidic' or 'acid' milk. Sour milk is simply milk that has turned because it is no longer fresh - sour EMAIL REMOVED - Send PM to This User Instead. Kefir is fermented milk. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kefir.

    Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
