Hello.
I am creating a sentence that describes my current activity on learning English.
I have kept a diary where I put how much time I dedicated to learning English and I have a series of the figures, say: 1 hr and 10 min; 1 hr; 40 min; 1 hr and 45 min; et cetera
I want to change my approach of learning in order to get more smooth(?) series. Ideally, I would like this series to be, 1 hr; 1 hr; 1 hr; 1 hr; ...
In other words I would like to spend the same time on English learning every day as opposed to spending much time, then little time or even skip a day.
And this is where my question arises.
How can I say, 'Now it is essential that I continue doing English using (smooth, hard, ?) schedule'.
I would go for the hard.
Could you please help me with this.
Also, it would be delightful if you would correct any mistakes in this post.
Thank you in advance, Alex.

Hello AlexAD,
I suggest:
Now, it is essential that I continue studying English with a firmer and more regular schedule.
Thank you, JohnParis.
'Firm' is the exactly adjective I need here.
Finally, I get to this text:
Now it is essential that I continue studying English with a firm schedule which allocates 120 minutes of everyday studying. If I could have more time, I could add up extra time. These 120 minutes include doing a mini-story lesson twice that is approximately 60 minutes, doing a vocabulary lesson once, which counts for 30 minutes and doing a conversation lesson 6 times, which takes 30 minutes roughly.
Could you please proofread?
Thanks, Alex.

The two sentences in blue make no sense. You will need to rewrite them.
Should I have extra time, I will put more practice to my schedule.,
that is what I wanted to write. Is it correct?
Things in parentheses are nice but just to increase my knowledge, don't 'allocate', 'count' and 'take' suit here?
Thanks, Alex.
