    Default one small shift

The following in red is confusing.

The practice of mindfulness is a gateway into the experience of interconnectedness and interdependence out of which stem emotionally intelligent actions, new ways of being... One small shift in the way we each conduct ourselves, and the crystal lattice structure of the world is already different. In this way, we are the world, and when we take responsibility for our small but not insignificant part of it, the whole is already different...

Does this mean "if there happens one small shift in the way we each conduct ourselves, the structure of the world will be different"?

    Thank you.

That's what it seems to mean.
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.

    Thank you.
A slight change in the way we behave/in our attitude will help change the crystal lattice structure of the world.

    Hope it helps.
