Can someone please tellme what does the following sentence mean??

"Don't you hate it when you spout nonsense for everyone to see?"

"spout" means, to speak at length, maybe even pompously.

"nonsense" means, absurd or meaningless words or ideas.

"to see" means, to read.

"Don't you hate it when" is another way of saying, "You should be embarrassed when."
