1. Did you talk to (the) Dell guys ? ( I meant did the person call the Dell computers support centre. )

2. Where do you stand on your quarterly report?

3. Who is your favorite team?

2. Where do you stand on your quarterly report? I would prefer "with".

3. Who is your favorite team? Or "which".
