e-performance report
Hi, I would like to ask your help, I like to add on my e-performance report the following promises , but I'm not sure how to write so it is diplomatic enough.
My boss and my company promising for me that I will be promoted, to junior account manager alrady 2 years, but it is still not happened therefore I would like to put this on paper writing. How can I best write this?
If you have any suggestion, please help me, thank you.

I'm not quite sure what you mean.
Have you worked there for two years but have not yet been promoted to junior account manager?
Are you already a junior account manager but you want to be promoted further?
Did they promise you two years ago that within two years you would be promoted to junior account manager but this has not happened?
I am going to guess that you mean the third option. I think when you said "already two years", you meant "two years ago".

If my third interpretation is correct, then I would say:
"When I joined the company in [date/year], I was told (were you really promised?) that I would be promoted to junior manager within two years. However, I have now worked here longer than two years but I have not been promoted. I would like to be given a personal development plan which will lead to my promotion in the near future."
I think you need to be careful if you claim that your boss promised that you would be promoted within two years. Did you get that in writing? Was it just a suggestion? Were you perhaps told that you might qualify for promotion within two years?
