Is it correct to say 'ending mark' instead of 'end mark'?
A little context might help us give you an answer.
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
It's a computer term, I googled it - it's always "end mark".

allthewayanime, I think it is OK to use either end mark or ending mark.
