    Default Not really!

This "Not really!" seems a little different from like "Do you like pizza?=> Not really!(meaning not much)" Does it mean "There isn't really a country like that"?
    What does it exactly mean?

ex)"For Sale:Sealand - the smallest country in the world"
Can a country really be for sale? Not really! Sealand is actually just a tower in the middle of the sea...

It's a literal meaning- you can sell Sealand, but not a proper country.
