Could you help me and write me your opinion?
Are the both sentences correct ? Or which one sounds more naturally?
Young adults do not have kids and a family for who they are responsible.
Young people do not have kids and a family who they are responsible for.
Thank you !
Formal: Young adults do not have kids and a family for whom they are responsible.
Less formal: Young people do not have kids and a family (who) they are responsible for.
You first sentence, "Young adults do not have kids and a family for who they are responsible", is an unfortunate mix of the formal and less formal.
Please try to give your threads more helpful titles - 'For who ...?' would have been fine for this.
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
Thank you very much. I will use more helpfull titles.
