Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. It is screening in the sense of screening applicants and not in the sense of screening a movie.

2. Which position does he play at? ( I was asking about a soccer player)

3. If you did the easy problems first and got stuck at a difficult one you would okay, but the otherwise is not true.

2. Which (or "what") position does he play at? ( I was asking about a soccer player) Aside from the rule (frequently ignored) of never ending a question with a preposition, using "at" here sounds clumsy.

3. If you did the easy problems first and got stuck at a difficult one you would be okay, but the otherwise reverse is not true.
