which one is right?
she is the same age as I or she is the same age as me?
or can i say she is the same age as mine?

"as" has more than one functions. In [1] it functions as a relative pronoun, so a subject-verb pair is required,
[1] She is the same age as I am.
In [2] "as" functions as a preposition, so an [u]object pronoun[/u[ is required,
[2] She is the same age as me.
The possessive pronoun "mine" doesn't work. [3] is ungrammatical.
[3] She is the same age as *mine.
