Default sick to take her to the class

    Hi all,

I want to know if I can rewrite the following sentence

    1. I remember recently how much she was crying to go to her dance class when I was sick and found hard to take her to the class that day.

    to

    2. I remember recently how much she was crying to go to her dance class when I was sick to take her to the class that day.

Please correct me if the whole sentence itself is not right.

    Thanks
    Gauri

Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.

I remember recently that my daughter was crying very hard because I was too sick to take her to her dance class that day.

We don't say that someone is "crying to go to a class".
