Proof my grammar please

I would like to clarify that my last assignment was writing end-user training that I did not feel comfortable with. Writing technical or internal documentation does not concern me as much as writing training and materials for end-users.

The grammar's OK. However, the logic seems strange- you say that you were n not comfortable with writing end-user taining, but in the next sentence you say that you are more concerned with writing training and materials for end users.
